All prices displayed include VAT and U.K. mainland
delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation:
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract
between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products
ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept
your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions
as outlined in our Returns Policy below.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one
of the following:
- The product
you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability
to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification
of a pricing or product description error
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or
telephone. Order confirmation will only occur after payment has
been validated.
Please note that this procedure can
take up to 24 hours
Payment:
For all credit card payments we use the services
of worldpay, one of the worlds most secure on-line credit card agencies,
using the latest encryption technologies for your guaranteed security.
We will accept cheques payable to “ANTCARPARTS”
and sent to ANTCARPARTS, Unit 8, Woodroyd Mill, South Parade, Cleckheaton, West Yorks, BD19 3AF.
Goods will be despatched immediately
the cheques have cleared the bank.

We will make every endeavour to offer our customer

Returns Policy
You have the right to return any product within
7 days of delivery or cancel an order at any time before delivery.
Please contact us in advance to receive instructions/details for
return. Claims for missing or damaged goods can only be investigated
if reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note: Wrongly
supplied goods will be reimbursed in full including all postal charges.
For goods supplied in accordance with the order placed we will accept
the return, BUT we do not pay any return postage/carriage charges
and reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee.
All goods must be returned in the original packing
in an “as new” condition and include our delivery note/invoice
as proof of purchase.
Amounts will only be reimbursed when goods have
been received by us, subject to the above conditions.
Guarantee:
The manufacturer guarantees all products. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Privacy Policy:
Other than our agreement with worldpay, the
company does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
